These terms describe the purpose of the PriceWright Labs LLC website and its project inquiry process.
Website information
Illustrative possibilities.
Service descriptions, diagrams, workflows and interface illustrations explain potential approaches. They are not completed third-party client case studies, live customer dashboards, complete solution designs, promises of a particular result or offers for a specific scope or price.
Internal projects
Availability and feature boundaries.
H&H Ops is described as an internal operations project. Sheldon is described as internal executive-AI / intelligent-systems R&D. Illustrations do not establish implemented features, public availability, customer counts, revenue or performance results.
Enquiries
A conversation, not a commitment.
Submitting an inquiry begins a discussion. It does not create a project engagement, guarantee acceptance, reserve capacity or establish a price or delivery date. Do not send credentials or sensitive customer information through the website.
Engagement terms
Defined in writing.
Scope, fees, delivery, acceptance, ownership, source-code handoff, third-party licenses, hosting, maintenance, support and project-specific information handling are addressed in a separate written agreement. Website descriptions do not replace or change that agreement.
Using the website
Respectful, legitimate use.
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful material or interfere with its operation. Information and website materials remain subject to applicable intellectual-property rights.
