How PriceWright Labs LLC handles information submitted through this website.
Information you provide
Project inquiry information.
We collect the name, company, email address, optional phone number, selected operational problem and current tools, desired outcome, project description and any selected area of support that you submit. Please avoid passwords, payment details, sensitive personal information or confidential customer records.
How it is used
Reviewing and responding.
We use inquiry information to understand the request, respond to you, evaluate an appropriate engagement and maintain a record of the conversation. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
Where it goes
Website records and email.
Accepted inquiries are retained in private WordPress administrator records and sent as an email notification to jon@pricewrightlabs.com. The record includes submission time, internal review status and notification delivery status. Hosting and email services process the information needed to provide those services.
Retention
180 days in active website records.
Website inquiry records are scheduled for automatic deletion after 180 days. Scheduled cleanup depends on WordPress task execution and site activity. If an inquiry becomes an engagement, relevant project records may be handled separately under the engagement and applicable obligations. Deletion from active website records does not immediately erase email copies or hosting backups, which have separate retention processes.
Essential technical information
Security and site operation.
Temporary form-security cookies and short-lived error feedback support submission validation and usability. Form protection uses signed tokens, a spam-trap field and short-lived rate-limit identifiers. Raw IP addresses are not saved in the inquiry record. Hosting services may retain technical access and security logs under their own processes. Administrator authentication uses WordPress cookies.

Other websites and third-party tools have their own policies. An inquiry does not authorize us to send your information to an AI service or connect your business systems. Any project-specific data access and processing arrangements are addressed separately.
