Web & Mobile App Development

One place for customers or employees to get the task done.

When a task is scattered across calls, forms, texts and spreadsheets, we can build a focused web or mobile app with the information and actions the user needs.

A customer view. A team view.

Different users need different interfaces to the same work. Design the task, permissions and device experience together.

Example: customer and staff views of one request

Customer view

Request details and supporting information.

Staff view

Review the request and assign responsibility.

Next action

Keep the customer informed.

Choose the right application architecture.

Responsive web apps, PWAs and native mobile apps serve different needs. Offline behavior, device access and distribution are specific requirements to scope and test.

Customer, dealer and vendor portals

Employee apps, internal business apps and operational dashboards

Web applications and mobile-friendly progressive web apps (PWAs)

Scheduling, field-service and customer check-in interfaces

Workflow applications and SaaS interfaces

Native mobile applications where the project calls for them

Is every mobile app a native iOS or Android app?

No. Responsive web applications and PWAs may suit the workflow. Native mobile development is considered when device requirements and distribution needs justify it. Platform support is agreed for the project.

Can an employee app or customer portal connect to existing software?

Where supported interfaces, permissions and dependable data make it feasible. User roles, access boundaries and the information each person needs are part of the scope.

Will the app work offline?

Offline behavior is a specific architecture and testing requirement. It is not implied by a responsive layout or by calling an application a PWA.
